Superliner Trainset doesn't spawn when trying to place on track.

When I tried to place superliner cars on tracks, it didn't spawn. This case happened on the whole of Phase VI superliners, Phase II diner, lounge, and sleeper. Phase III lounge, sleeper, and transition sleeper. Yet this doesn't happen to all of the phase IV superliners.

    Is there any problems listed with them in Content Manager?
